What is contactless Payment (Tap to Pay)?

To make a payment using a debit, credit, smartcard or other form of payment device by using an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).

How to use contactless Payment (Tay to Pay).

1. Be sure that the card being used is contactless. This can be identified by the contactless symbol located on the card.

2. Tap the contactless card against a device that accepts contactless payments.

How to identify a contactless payment in MerchantTrack.

Important:

When processing a transaction it is important that the contactless card or mobile device is held properly near the device long enough for the contactless to be read.
Make sure to hold the card near the reader long enough and steady enough for the contactless read to be successful.
