If the clients touch screen does not appear to be accurate /not functioning.
We should attempt to recalibrate the screen which may resolve the issue (Unless the touch screen is defective)
Step 1: Once on the Main system mode screen shown we will select the Administration Tab:
Step 2: Select "Touch Panel":
Step 3: On this Menu you will have the option to select "GO".
Remove any debris from the terminal screen such as sticker, paper etc. and either tap the enter key or Go. The terminal will then recalibrate the touch screen.
