From the MerchantTrack dashboard, click Reports on the left-side menu.
Choose the Merchant Statement option on the next page.
On the next page, choose the merchant, if assigned more than one. The merchant may narrow their search by filling any of the fields. The merchant statement is available by the fifth day of the month. Select the month needed. Click Submit.
The next page lists the merchant statement in PDF form. The top portion of the statement is a summary of the selected month's transaction amounts, refunds, chargeback/returns, and processing fees.
The second page of the statement summarizes the fees for the previous month (before the selected month).
It is important to note that this statement is based on midnight of the last day of the previous month to midnight on the last day of the selected month. The fees listed on the merchant statement may slightly differ from actual account deduction due to the merchant's cutoff time.
