From the MerchantTrack dashboard, click Reports on the left-side menu.
Choose the Chargeback Action Report option on the next page.
On the next page, choose the merchant, if assigned more than one. The merchant may narrow their search by filling any of the fields. Click Submit.
The next page lists a variety of information. Each line of this report represents a single action taken on a chargeback. Actions describe the date that a chargeback is received, the date that chargeback credits are received, etc.
The merchant may view more information by clicking on the blue Chargeback ID or by clicking on the blue Transaction ID, which will take the merchant to the transaction details. The funding ID will provide the Funding Summary report in which the chargeback amount was deducted.
