From the MerchantTrack dashboard, click Reports on the left-side menu.
Choose the Chargeback Summary Report option on the next page.
On the next page, choose the merchant, if assigned more than one. The merchant may narrow their search by filling any of the fields. Click Submit.
The next page lists a variety of information. Each line of this report in the example below represents a daily summary. However, the merchant may also choose to view a monthly, quarterly, or yearly summary.
