- From the MerchantTrack dashboard, click Reports on the left-side menu.
- Click on Transactions report.
- On the next page, choose the merchant, if assigned more than one. The merchant may narrow their search by filling any of the fields. Please note the date range on this will be the date that the transactions occurred. The merchant may also select All Transactions, Successful Transactions, and Failed Transactions for Transaction Type. Click Submit.
- A variety of information will appear on the next page. Each line of this report represents one transaction.
- If a transaction has been funded, a blue Funding ID will appear in the last column. Clicking on this blue Funding ID leads to the Funding Summary report that includes that transaction. The date of funding is also listed on this screen.
