Viewing Virtual Terminal

1. If Virtual Terminal is enabled by the software company, the merchant may access virtual terminal by clicking the Virtual Terminal button. This tool is to be used in an instance when the merchant is unable to process a payment through the software. This is considered a card-not-present transaction.
   
   
   
   
2. There are several required fields that must be filled out to complete a payment.
   
   
   
   
3. There are two different options that can affect the way the transaction processes.
   
   
   
   
   1. Disable Duplicate Detection
      1. Enables the merchant to process two or more of the same amounts on the same card within 25 transactions of each other.
   2. Allow Partial Approvals
      1. Enables an approval of whatever amount the issuing bank will accept, which may or may not equal the total amount of the transaction entered.
         
         
   3. The Show Additional Fields option allows the merchant to enter more information regarding the transaction.
      
      
      1. The Zip Code is the only required field in these additional fields.
         
         
         
         
         1. Note that the Zip code field’s format may be changed if another country is selected in the Country field.
